Exclusive: Government Activating FEMA Camps Across U.S.

Infowars.com has received a document originating from Halliburton subsidiary KBR that provides details on a push to outfit FEMA and U.S. Army camps around the United States. Entitled “Project Overview and Anticipated Project Requirements,” the document describes services KBR is looking to farm out to subcontractors. The document was passed on to us by a state government employee who wishes to remain anonymous for obvious reasons.

Services up for bid include catering, temporary fencing and barricades, laundry and medical services, power generation, refuse collection, and other services required for temporary “emergency environment” camps located in five regions of the United States.

Internment Camp Services Bid Arrives After NDAA

KBR’s call for FEMA camp service bids arrives soon after the Senate overwhelmingly passed the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) which permits the military to detain and interrogate supposed domestic terror suspects in violation of the Fourth Amendment and Posse Comitatus.

Section 1031 of the NDAA bill declares the whole of the United States as a “battlefield” and allows American citizens to be arrested on U.S. soil and incarcerated in Guantanamo Bay.

A number of civil liberties groups have come out in strong opposition to the legislation, most notably the Japanese American Citizens League (JACL), the nation’s oldest and largest Asian American civil and human rights organization.

In a letter addressed to Congress, S. Floyd Mori, the national director of JACL, said the NDAA is the first time that Congress has scaled back on the protections provided by the Non-Detention Act of 1971. Mori said the legislation, if enacted and put into use, would be reminiscent of the unconstitutional indefinite detention of Japanese Americans during World War II.

KBR Instrumental in Establishing Camps in 2006

In 2006, KBR was awarded a contingency contract from the Department of Homeland Security, allegedly to support its Immigration and Customs Enforcement facilities in the event of an emergency, Market Watch reported.

The contract was effective immediately and provided for establishing temporary detention and processing capabilities to expand existing ICE Detention and Removal Operations Program facilities in the event of an emergency influx of immigrants into the U.S., or to support the rapid development of new programs, KBR said. The contract may also provide migrant detention support to other government organizations in the event of an immigration emergency, as well as the development of a plan to react to a national emergency, such as a natural disaster, the company explained.

Army Releases Civilian Inmate Labor Program Document

Soon after KBR’s announcement, a little-known Army document surfaced.

Entitled the “Civilian Inmate Labor Program,” the unclassified document describes in detail Army Regulation 210-35. The regulation, first drafted in 1997, underwent a “rapid act revision” in January 2005 and now provides a policy for the creation of labor programs and prison camps on Army installations.

National Emergency Centers Act

In 2009, the National Emergency Centers Act or HR 645 was introduced in Congress. It mandates the establishment of “national emergency centers”

to be located on military installations for the purpose of providing “temporary housing, medical, and humanitarian assistance to individuals and families dislocated due to an emergency or major disaster,” according to the bill.

In addition to emergencies, the legislation is designed to “meet other appropriate needs, as determined by the Secretary of Homeland Security,” an open ended mandate which many fear could mean the forced detention of American citizens in the event of widespread rioting after a national emergency or total economic collapse, as Paul Joseph Watson noted in January of 2009.

Also in 2009, the Army National Guard began posting advertisements calling for Internment/Resettlement Specialists, a fact noted by Infowars.com, Prison Planet.com and other alternative media outlets but ignored by the establishment media.

Precursor: Rex 84 Mass Detention Operation

Rex 84, short for Readiness Exercise 1984, was established under the pretext of a “mass exodus” of illegal aliens crossing the Mexican/US border, the same pretense used in the language of the KBR request for services.

During the Iran-Contra hearings in 1987, however, it was revealed that the program was a secretive “scenario and drill” developed by the federal government to suspend the Constitution, declare martial law, assign military commanders to take over state and local governments, and detain large numbers of American citizens determined by the government to be “national security threats.”

Rex 84 was devised by Col. Oliver North, who was with the NSC and appointed liaison to FEMA. John Brinkerhoff, the deputy director of “national preparedness” programs for FEMA, and North designed the plan on a 1970 report written by FEMA chief Louis Giuffrida, at the Army War College, which proposed the detention of up to 21 million “American Negroes” in the event of a black militant uprising in the United States.

DHS Coordinating Occupy Arrests

Following a crackdown by police on Occupy Wall Street protesters around the nation, Oakland, California, mayor Jean Quan mentioned during an interview with the BBC that she was on a conference call with leaders of 18 US cities shortly before a wave of raids broke up Occupy Wall Street encampments across the country. It was later discovered that the FBI, the Department of Homeland Security and other federal police agencies had coordinated the often violent response to the protests.

New York Rep. Peter King, who heads up the House Homeland Security Subcommittee, signaled a sense of urgency when he said the federal government has “to be careful not to allow this movement to get any legitimacy. I’m taking this seriously in that I’m old enough to remember what happened in the 1960′s when the left-wing took to the streets and somehow the media glorified them and it ended up shaping policy. We can’t allow that to happen.”

The federal government responded similarly in the 1960s and 70s when the FBI organized and unleashed its unconstitutional secret police under the covert banner of COINTELPRO.

In addition to the DHS characterizing Americans supporting states’ rights and the Constitution as terrorists, the Defense Department’s Antiterrorism and Force Protection Annual Refresher Training Course in 2009 advised its personnel that political protest amounts to “low-level terrorism.”

Elements of the Police State Coming Together

The KBR document is more evidence that the federal government has established internment camps and plans to fill them with dissidents and anti-government activists that have been demonized consistently by the establishment media.

The NDAA was crafted precisely to provide the legal mechanism for tasking the military to round up activists it conflates with al-Qaeda terrorists. The plan was initially envisioned by Rex 84 and in particular Operation Garden Plot, an operational plan to use the Army, USAF, Navy, and Marine Corp. in direct support of civil disturbance control operations. It has since added numerous elements under the rubric of Continuity of Government, the overall war on terror, civil disturbance and emergency response.

The government has patiently put into place the crucial elements of its police state grid and overarching plan for the internment of political enemies.

We are quite literally one terror event away from the plan going live. As the DHS and the establishment media keep telling us, the next terror event will be on American soil and not the work of al-Qaeda but domestic patriot political groups. The FBI has specialized in creating domestic terrorists – or rather patsies – and shifting the blame over to their political enemies.

A Point We've Been Missing

Wow! Just had a realization.
When Congress passed "The District of Columbia Organic Act of 1871" supposedly to organize a government exclusively for Washington D.C., (which they are operating under today, but implying/applying it Nationwide) they were doing so under authority of this mandate of the Declaration of Independence: "That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness". That is their basis for changing from the Constitutional Republic to the Incorporated, Democratic form of government under which they are currently operating. They did so as a result of the government going bankrupt, citing that the Republican form of government was not viable, and their choice of 'laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness"
It is all very clear now. They acted legally to form the government they thought best would serve them, and they have been absolutely correct in that context. It has served them very well, and for much longer than the Republic existed.
Granted, there has been considerable deceit, secrecy, and more than a few lies told to shield the secret intent, but the fact remains, it was a legal act.
This reveals to us how we must act in our efforts to restore the Republic. This is Huge...!!

Addendum To Plan

Here are some suggestions crafted by a friend who knows the root of the problem, and how to start the transformation back to a Constitutional Republic.

Jared Dalen I have some humble suggestions to restore the original republic our fore fathers intended. This needs to be brought to attention so the problem can be dealt with; too much energy is directed toward addressing the symptom than solving the problem.

1. The Federal Reserve needs to be abolished PERIOD. It is a privately owned central bank that is a parasite to this country's sovereignty. It's use of the fractional reserve banking system in form is a Ponzi scheme. REAL and TANGIBLE money should be brought back as "lawful" money not "legal tender".

2. The use of Uniform Commercial Code(admiralty/maritime law) needs to be sent back to the place it came, the sea. These laws of commerce operate under the 'color of law' toward the unknowing men and women of this country(and many others). The "law of the land" needs to be brought back into presumption of jurisdiction to make our republic de jure once again.

3. The education and simplifying of law so each and every man and woman can communicate in the same language. The BAR guilds across the planet need to be reorganized/abolished and and the trash needs to be taken out. As long as the perversion of law is in existence people will find a way to enslave each other.

4. Abolish the District of Columbia Organic Act of 1871 that created the corporation known as "United States"(the capital "U" denotes a fiction as applied to United States under law). Reinstate the "united States"(notice the lowercase "u", reference the Declaration of Independence) which is the original de jure republic comprised of men and women(sovereigns) who represent each state which are part of a confederation.

5. Abolish the UN, IMF and any imperialistic order created to enslave man. The globe should be a confederacy of sovereign nations with the a common bond of earth.

How To Re-establish Our Republic

We have created a viable plan which will enable the American Citizens to establish or reclaim the Republican form of government created by The Constitution of the united states of America.

We will provide a brief outline of the plan here. A more comprehensive plan is under construction and will be linked from this post when completed.

Here are the most basic points we must accomplish, with some relevant facts.

Reclaim personal Sovereignty. Why this is the most critical point of the plan... The current form of government is a corporate structure. All fictional (corporate) entities have jurisdiction ONLY over that which they create. They DID NOT CREATE YOU! 'They' chose that form of government intending to deceive you into thinking they had jurisdiction over YOU. They obviously have been quite successful doing that! YOU must rescind all of the contracts which bind you to the fiction 'they' created and hung on you. Much more detail in the full details of the plan.
Restore state Sovereignty. The states have far more authority to govern than the Federal Government. However, many of the Rights reserved for the states (and We The People) were bargained away by state Governors and Legislators in the past. One of the most significant of these actions was the signing of The Buck Act. A single letter replacement would more accurately describe the results of this Act! We will leave you to your imagination on that! The states MUST rescind ALL legislative acts which abrogated state and personal Rights.
Restore REAL Money. What we see as 'money' today, Federal Reserve Notes, are nothing more than a convenient medium used to conduct low-level trade and commerce. In high-level trade and commerce, no physical exchange of currency takes place. Those trades are completed simply by making entries in electronic journals. All such transactions create 'money' out of thin air. There is no way to do a proper accounting of this method, as millions of transactions are completed in a single minute. ALL numbers quoted by ANY financial agency are merely 'guestimates' or outright lies meant to affect a certain market which relies on those numbers for assessment of value of elements of the market. NO GOVERNMENT OR INDEPENDENT AGENCY HAS ANY WAY TO KNOW HOW MUCH 'MONEY' IS IN CIRCULATION AT ANY TIME! How secure do you feel about your retirement account now? We MUST establish a monetary system based on something with intrinsic value. This in the past has been gold and silver, but it needs not to be restricted to those commodities. We know for sure it can't be AIR...!!
Eliminate Possibility of Influence. Our current Legislative, Judicial, and Executive Branches of Government are nothing but profit centers for those whom OCCUPY a position within. Not a single public servant is responsive to their constituents. Time and again, these OCCUPANTS have acted in ways exactly opposite of the desires of their constituents because they were influenced by a PAC with unlimited resources available to use for the purpose of getting favorable legislation passed. This MUST be eliminated and banned. All access of influence must be made impossible. Ways to accomplish this are in the full version of the plan.
Restore Domestic Manufacturing Industry. No economy can survive without being productive. No economic model throughout History has ever survived without being a producing economy. Our manufacturing industry was sent abroad as a result of taxing and regulation. The cost of foreign labor has little to do with the real reason manufacturing has moved from our country. An integral element of this segment is the restoration of a true free trade, supply and demand based market model, with limited intervention of state or federal agencies in only the most critical areas. The market will typically regulate industry. If a low quality item is produced, the consumers will not buy it and it will be discontinued as a production item. This works! Governments regulate today not for reasons of safety or for the environment, but soley to create a profit center for a corporate partner. This must stop!

OBAMA 'BITCH SLAPS' GEORGE W BUSH

Perfectly timed to coincide with the anniversary of Bush's famous speech on board an aircraft carrier with a banner proclaiming 'MISSION ACCOMPLISHED', Obama's camp is claiming to have REALLY accomplished THE MISSION with the killing of Osama Bin Laden. While Bush may lay claim to a significant accomplishment, I'm sure it pales in comparison to Obama's accomplishment, especially in the eyes of the lib supporters. There is sure to be widespread 'chest thumping' and exultations of granduer, and a generous heaping of self indulging praise from the libtards camp. Count on it. This is nothing more than traditional campaign rhetoric.

Bold Prediction III

Given the state of the economy and the general ineptness of those charged with overseeing it, I am now ready to make a prediction concerning this genre.

Here Goes:

Important date to be VERY aware of May 12, 2011. On this date I feel there will be a catastrophic event
within the Financial Markets. I'm not crystal clear of the exact event, but I have vibrations which indicate a hint concerning the devaluation of the dollar, or perhaps a large player replacing the dollar as their reserve currency.

As I feel stronger vibrations leading me to a more definite event I will edit this post to reflect that.

Media Bias

It is very interesting to listen to the media reporting on yesterday's 912 Project assembly in Washington, D.C. One outlet reported a number of attendees as only around 75,000, while the Office of Homeland Security officials estimated as many as 2.5 million. Now forgive me if I'm wrong, but that seems to be quite a discrepancy in estimated counts. I HOPE I can more accurately use those numbers from HLS, otherwise our safety is in great jeopardy if we are relying on them to protect us from the bad guys!

ACORN PRESENCE AT RALLY

There is a video on YouTube that shows Acorn operatives posing as vendors selling Gadsen Flags (Don't Tread on Me). They were overheard asking a cop for help and admitting to him that they were ACORN members! They were then identified as such to the crowd, and ran out of the venue. At one point a third member enters and begins to assail the couple running them out. As far as I have heard, that is the only act of aggression at the rally, and serves to show the underhanded tactics favored by the sinister group. Remember that they have received 2.8 Billion of our hard earned dollars from the Stimulus Plan!

It is time for everyone who considers themselves a true American, and not a fraud such as ACORN and most of the Legislature, Judicial, and Executive Branches of Government, to rise up and demand the Supreme Court protect our rights as they are charged to do. We can no longer allow our government to operate with reckless abandon, and ignore the importance of maintaining a system of checks and balance.

Everyone write a letter to the Supreme Court Chief Justice demanding this.
Do it now, before it is too late!

VAN JONES QUITS!!

Although on the surface this appears to be great news, I'm not so sure of the full impact of the move.

Does anyone know details of any employment contracts these czar positions have? hmmmm.... something to investigate, eh? It could be that we will continue to pay this guy's salary for a long time, and irregardless of the resignation, I'm confident that the basic friendship will not be interrupted. Which means Van will still have the prez's ear, he just won't have a title preceding him into the room!

I feel that this is a hollow victory for the right, and that it is only a cosmetic change on the face of the advisory corps. We need to be very careful to not allow this maneuver to placate our mission. There are many more fronts to this battle than any we have been involved in at any time in history. We can't afford to lose sight of the "Big Picture" and allow this move to distract us.

There are still many in the advisory corps perhaps worse than Van Jones. The only reason he got picked on was because he was so vocal and inflammatory. It may be a diversionary tactic to allow a deep rooted agenda to pass through the gates unnoticed because of the attention directed to this issue. Remember, this administration is very good at deception! The lies this administration has told far outnumber the truthful statements.

It continues to amaze me how "transparency" flew out the window the moment the annointed one was sworn in. I feel it is time to hold their feet to the fire and make them stand good on the promises bantered about on the campaign trail.

There is ZERO confidence that this administration ever intended to fulfill any campaign promise, and 100% confidence that the entire process was a whitewash effort.

We Americans must redouble our efforts to stop this abomination that is government. The Declaration of Independence mandates that it is our duty to replace that government which fails to serve the people. I think this administration has proven that it is not their intentions to serve the people, but instead to have the people serve them. How contorted is that?

The last time I checked, this was still a Republic, and The Constitution was still our Law of the Land. It is clearly stated that those powers not given to the government are explicitly denied them. We must demand that the government operate within the guidelines thereby established, and that the general well being of the public is not used as blanket justification for ANY action of usurpation of power not specifically awarded to the government by the Constitution.

We still have a great nation, even with this pimple on it's ass. It is now time to pop the pimple and restore an unblemished nation!

What is Happening to Our Republic?

As I am sitting here trying to grasp what has happened to our Republic since January 20, 2009, I am left with a feeling of utter amazement. Maybe my farmboy upbringing never properly prepared me for the things I am seeing today. Perhaps I have remained a bit too naive even as I have observed changes to our Republic over the past 30 years.

I have always thought that those we have given the privilege of representing and governing us were sincere in their duties and were keeping our best interests in mind as they debated and voted on various issues and bills that came before them.

MAN, HAVE I EVER BEEN WRONG...!!

I'm trying to understand how it was that so much damage has been done to the core of the Republic. The only explanation I have come up with is that up to this administration, all of the damage was done with a velvet glove. Although there were some controversial issues throughout recent history, and there were some signs of opposition to them, there was not really anything that raised my consciousness to the level that it now exists.

REFLECT ON THE LAST EIGHT MONTHS

I knew enough about Barack Obama from research done during the campaign that if by some wild stroke of luck he should actually win the election, that we as a Republic, would be in deep trouble. Even with that knowledge, I would not be prepared for what has transpired over the past eight months.

CONSTITUTIONAL...??

I can't think of anything Obama has done or forced others to do that would withstand a Constitutional challenge. Why hasn't any of it been questioned? There still has not been any solid proof that Obama is eligible to serve as POTUS. If there is nothing to hide, why have all of his records been sealed or removed? Where is the transparency promised throughout his campaign? We need to make the Legislature prove the Constitutionality of a Bill before it is allowed to be voted on. I have a really hard time thinking that anything would ever be challenged once enacted into Law. That scares the living daylights out of me!

ACTION...

We can't sit back and wait for the 2010 elections to voice our opinions. We must act with every ounce of energy we can muster, to strike fear into the hearts(???) of our legislators and let them know that we demand to be truly represented, and not to just be constituents who they ignore, and to vote as we demand, not as the party instructs. They must be reminded that they are first accountable to the constituents, then to the party. There can be no other acceptable stand!

IN CLOSING...

I am calling on every American Patriot, regardless of your political affiliation of the past, to join together as one voice with the sole objective of protecting our Republic and regaining those unalienable rights which have been taken from us so quietly that we didn't even know they were gone! If we fail in this mission, the consequences are too frightening to even consider.

We must take whatever steps necessary to reverse the damage already done, and to prevent further damage as is planned. We cannot allow the Constitution, The Declaration of Independence, and the Bill of Rights to become worthless documents, as are the intentions of the administration currently directing our government.

As is my habit, I will make another bold prediction here for all the world to read.

I am not afraid of the consequences of my predictions failing to materialize, as I am not in the business of prediction making for money.

So... Here goes...

MARIJUANA WILL BE LEGALIZED AND TAXED...!!

Given all of the drastic measures taken by "The Annointed One", it has finally come to the point of making a profit from distributing that which they have spent so much money trying to eliminate.

Depending on which side of the fence you are sitting on in the REAL world, you will see this as an end to the means, of a game that has been in motion for over forty years now, or you will see it as giving up on a battle that can't be won and admitting defeat.

I'm not going to argue either side of the case, but I'm pretty sure I know which side I would take if the absolute truth were to be known.

Do some research and create valid arguments for or against this prediction and then come back and post your comments.

Memorial Day Rant

Very well stated.
We will join you in mourning our loss of friends and family in the name of so-called "freedom".
When are we going to unite and end this control by the government/financial elite and restore true personal freedoms given us by God?

How much idle chatter is going to be bantered about before real action is taken to throwout ALL of the current government and construct a new government as required by the Declaration of Independence, Constitution, and Bill of Rights?

We MUST become a unified body of people with one objective, and that is to place a new government in power with those restrictions of power afforded it by The Constitution of The United States of America, and to restore to the states and the people those rights known to be unalienable, given by God, to be usurped by no government or organized body of tyrants.

If we have not already reached the point at which this task becomes insurmountable primarily because of the power of technology wielded by those seeking to control us, we must make valid attempts to escape the clutches of their power, by becoming as "invisible" to their technology as possible. Without doing that, we will remain in their gunsights and forever rendered into their slavery.

Critical Actions to Take Now

As sovereign individual citizens of one of the several states of the Union (NOT a UNITED STATES citizen, or a State citizen, see definition in IRS Code Chapter 7701)we are up against a formidable opponent in our efforts to retain our birthright unalienable rights and freedoms. Be mindful that these rights were not awarded to us by the Constitution, but by our Creator. The Constitution merely outlined the responsibilities of individual sovereign citizens, state, and Federal Government, but made it clearly known that in no way was any governing entity to obstruct our personal efforts to pursue Life, Liberty, and Happiness.

To that end, Federal government has only specifically stated duties to the general population, as well as very specific rights associated with the performance of those duties. All rights not specifically granted are reserved to the people and the individual states of the Union.

(Note: NOT the "PEOPLE" and not the "States" or "STATES", the scheme of capitalization is very critical in understanding the exact meaning of a term used in government or corporate documents and Laws. Seek further clarification by consulting "Blacks Law Dictionary" or an equally authoritative resource.)

TAXES

In the area of taxation, the Constitution allows only excise (sales) and apportioned (shared equally) taxes. Obviously, since individuals earn differing amounts of remuneration in exchange for their labor or service, taxation based on remuneration cannot possibly qualify under either of those categories. The Feds will tell you that taxaction is not really against income to try to throw you off, but even that argument does not validate their authority to levy their tax. Until some recent research revealed the answer, I couldn't understand why the Feds (I'm only using capitalization when referring thereto as a modicum of respect, deserved or not) would create such a complex organization and Code as the IRS to collect an illegal tax, when there was afforded to them a legal and simple method of taxation such as an Excise tax. Under this taxation model, a person would basically tax themselves by choosing to purchase items covered by the tax terms. Read that title closely......Yes! our government is a corporation chartered in The District of Columbia. Since 1913 when a group of Bankers bailed out the United States of America from bankruptcy and forced incorporation so that debt instruments could be issued to them as collatteral for their loans. Upon formation of The Federal Reserve in 1933 the control of our money was handed over completely to those same bankers and has remained there to this day. This was obviously an illegal act, for which the entire government was accused of a ACT of TREASON. To avoid prosecution, they originated the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) as a remedy. What this effectively did was to provide a method by which any and all individuals could choose not to participate in the FRAUDULENT activities of the corporation now operating as THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT,Inc. Slyly and unethically they published this remedy very quietly and felt they were under no obligation to make the general public aware of it's existence. That would explain why many of you reading this have no idea of it's existence today...!! The ultimate intentional withholding of critical information from the very entity charged with our protection.

Now that we've had a chance to see our Prez in action for a while, how do you like what he has done?

If you feel like you have gotten hoodwinked by his campaign promises, and now regret the choice you made at the voting booth, all I have to say to you is: "I told you so". I tried with all of my might to warn everyone that would listen that Obama, if elected, would have a far worse administration than that of oft ridiculed Jimmy Carter. At this early point in his administration, he has already proven me correct.

He and all of Congress have completely ignored the Constitution. There is nothing legal in what they are doing to our economy. No where in the Constitution do I see the power given to the Federal Government to give our equally illegally gotten tax dollars to private corporations and banks in order to keep them in business.

It is my opinion that they should be held accountable the same as we individuals are for our fiscal affairs. There is no government oversight necessary to make a corporation be fiscally responsible and conduct business in a profitable manner. They should know that when they make questionable choices in daily business matters, that they expose themselves to loss if things don't go as planned, and that should be the criteria on which a decision to pursue that matter is based.

There should never be any guarantees from the government that if a business choice doesn't live up to expectations, that losses would be covered. That is not what free enterprise and Capitalism is all about.

According to the Constitution, it is our duty as private citizens to remove any government that acts in a manner outside of the powers granted by the Constitution. It is my opinion that this administration, all of Congress, and the majority of the Courts have far exceeded the powers granted them and are now acting in a manner that could be considered Treason. If they had any backbone, they would tell us exactly what the remedy is for them to avoid prosecution for Treason, but I'm sure that will never be heard uttered from any person in the current administration. There is such a process, but never has anyone felt it necessary to let the public know. Instead, they prefer to use heavy-handed techniques to force compliance with their illegal laws.

It may not be well known by the public, but everything the government has done since 1913 is fraudulent. In order to keep from being brought up on Treason charges, they created a remedy whereby no one was made to follow these fraudulent laws. They just didn't advertise the existence of such remedy, instead they left it up to the private citizens to discover it on their own. That would have been a very difficult job back in that time, but now with the internet, it is a far simpler task.

I suggest that everyone discover this process for themselves and take responsible action. We don't need to be responsible for the governments irresponsible actions,( as well as our children and their children for the next 3 generations )but instead, position ourselves to be free to pursue life, liberty, and happiness.

Just for the Record

Two years ago, I made the statement that Arnold Schwarzenegger would be the US President-elect in 2012. Naturally, I got many responses to that statement. The most prevalent amongst them was that he is not eligible to be President because of his naturalized citizen status. I said then, and will say again, that there will be a way for it to be possible for him to gain the ability to be President.

I know I will continue to hear from many nay-sayers, but I am going on public record here and now, that it will happen.

The purpose of this post is to have a permanent record of this statement that is date and time stamped. If it happens, then I can say "I told you so". If not, well, I guess my prediction carreer will be in serious jeopardy.

Either way, it's just a vision that I had that seemed too good not to make light of.

So, there it is in black and white. Believe it or not, we'll see how it works out.

Making More Noise

In the time since my last post, much has happened around the world. I want to make it clear that I have been very observant, and really don't like what I'm seeing. I've also read a substantial number of articles and books.

The alarming thing I'm seeing in all of it, is that as I am diligently trying to disprove some of the stories being cast aside as "conspiracy theory garbage", I'm finding more and more of the facts to be true. Now I'm no genius, but if I can uncover sure signs that some of this "garbage" is factual, then it rather tends to unnerve me a bit.

I've always been a steadfast supporter of the Constitution, and when I see things going on in all 3 Branches of Government that aren't as dictated by that great document, then I begin to worry. I worry even more when those actions are done blatantly and in public, with no regard for our views or feelings on the matter.

It seems all Government officials are taking the stance that what the Government wants, the Government gets. No where do I see Members of Congress asking constituents for their opinion on issues before them. Their only concern is that they vote according to Partisan lines, no matter what public opinion in their area is. It appears as though the Party is who they serve, not their constituents. This must change immediately! But"they" feel pretty safe that nothing will change, because everyone is too busy living their own life, tending their own little microcosim, to take the time to demand that votes be cast according to OUR wishes.

I challenge all who read this to stop right now and write a letter or an email to their Senators and Congressmen and tell them you demand your voice be heard through them. No longer are they to vote as the Party encourages them to, but as their electorate tells them to.

Beginning today, I am opening this blog to comments about all of the many subjects of interest and concern of the average American Citizen. I will not require your comments follow my own political beliefs, however, I will actively participate in all discussions and make my feelings known on any and all subject matter.

As I think about it, perhaps it is not my Political beliefs that I will expose here, as much as it is my Moral beliefs . I do not want to label my personal feelings with a moniker associated to a political party, as I have found that I am much more individualistic than that. I cannot blindly support any platform, although I must admit to having done that in the past. However, as they say "Knowledge Shall Set You Free", I have unshackled myself from unflinching association with any political party, and have taken to follow a new mandate: "To Thine Ownself Be True".

It is my personal belief that the problems of the world are rooted in a single characteristic. That would be, Laziness . People in general, the world over, have gotten so involved in "getting by" that they are happy to let others do their thinking for them. It takes very little effort to create a follower of any idealistic scheme you can come up with. I have done considerable personal research to prove that.

Should you desire to prove it to yourself, follow this simple process. In any social gathering of more than twenty persons which lasts beyond two hours, there will always be groups formed based on any number of criteria. As you meander from one group to another, listen closely for the topic of conversation. Pick any one of these groups and stand near enough to listen in as the conversation progresses. Eventually there will be a person who appears to want to dominate the conversation, and presents their views on the subject as being the most logical. If at some point you engage this person in conversation and quiz them as to why they support the view they do, you will find that in more than 75% of the cases, they are unable to give you a solid reason as to why they support that view. More often than not they will respond with a statement such as, " I read about it in the paper or heard it on the news". Precious few will be able to give you any legitimate background information about the issue, such as the leading proponent and other factual points. Try it sometime and prove it to yourself.

The point I'm making is that others will embrace anything that has a shred of benefit to them. The benefit doesn't always even need to be more than "perceived". Very often it will be no more than associative. Many will adopt a view because another person they hold in high regard shares their view with them.

It is the LAZY way to form an opinion, simply adopt someone else's. They are too lazy to do the proper research and be fully informed, yet they are willing to defend it to the exteme point of killing others, and many times, themselves. All of that based on a few simple statements that may or may not be based in fact.

It really concerns me as a Human that my life hinges on facts such as these. If you look anywhere around the world today, it is easy to see how simple it is to create an idealogical group of people. People are willing to believe anything for just a promise of benefit.

It's Getting Worse, We've REALLY Got To Make Some Noise!

It's Getting Worse, everyday. The Futures Traders have seen that we aren't yet at our breaking point, so they keep bidding up the daily oil prices to preserve their record profit taking.

At what gasoline price point are we going to start squealing? That is what they are trying to determine.

For me, we passed that point at least $1.00/gal ago. There is absolutely NO REASON for oil to be more than $42.00 per barrel, and gasoline $1.50 per gallon. If the market were being driven solely by supply and demand pressures, those are the price points we should be seeing today.

If every oil price increase that was based exclusively on "speculative events", where there was an expected interruption in the supply of oil, were decreased to reflect the actual impact the event had on the supply of oil, rather than to hold those price increases at artificial highs, today the proper market price for a barrel of oil would be no more than $42.00.

If everyone would take five minutes to let it soak into their brain that market prices in every other commodity are driven 99% by nothing but supply and demand factors, then you would realize how badly we are being hood-winked by the movers and shakers of the industry. What if, Heaven Forbid, any one of the other commodity markets would begin to be manipulated in the same manner as the oil market?

How long would we be complacent and not react to price increases at the same rate, and for no apparent true reason, only on "speculation", as we have watched the oil prices increase?

Take paper, for instance. There are many grades of paper at the commodity level. Let's concentrate on a ream (500 sheets) of 81/2 X 11 20 lb. Bond. This is one of the most commonly used grades of paper for your printer, and is used by every household, office, and individual, no matter what their occupation.

For arguments sake, we'll establish the current price at $2.50 per ream. Now let's say the commodity traders have a hunch that the spring season is going to be very wet where the trees are harvested to make the paper. Based on nothing that resembles fact, just speculation, they raise the bid price of paper so that now the price for that ream of paper is $3.00. Are you still buying? Probably! Did you grumble about the price increase? Again, probably.

Now suppose there is known to exist in China a beetle that is quite fond of the pine trees from which paper is made. They have been responsible for devastating damage to huge forests in China, and more recently, also in Korea. Looks like the beetle is getting mobile.

A trader reads an article detailing this, and tells his fellow traders. They know for sure that little beetle will find his way to the US forests, and devestate them as well. Armed with that data, the traders go wild the next day, and bid the paper prices to a point that now, the retail cost of that ream of paper is $5.00. Are you still buying? Probably! Are you letting your kids print out every coloring picture they download? I doubt it. Are you still printing EVERY Email? I doubt it.

See how quickly we adjust our lifestyle with other things we use everyday? Why have we not been so quick to react at the same speed in regards to oil and gasoline prices?

I'll tell you why. We have been made the victims of a very highly polished sales scam from the industry. We have been fed carefully orchestrated stories as to why the prices must be driven up. To the casual mind, the stories seemed reasonable enough, and we accepted the increase at the pumps. Then came another story, then another, and yet another. Each one properly timed, and properly executed in a manner that would have us to accept it without question.

However, to those of us that watch all of the markets, and fully understand the dynamics inherent therein, those stories are revealed to be nothing more than lies. Crafted in anticipation of general acceptance. Indeed, accepted with barely a passing hint of suspicion.

Such has been the chosen path that has taken us to the point at which we stand today. We continue to accept every speculation being the blame for today's round of escalating prices.

How many more of these expertly crafted stories are we going to listen to before we yell out...Enough! Enough of all the crap you're feeding us. It's time to stand accountable for the rape and pillage you have inflicted on the world wide economy.

No more record profits at the expense of every industrialized Nation on Earth. It's time to dig down until you find what is left of your conscience, and make something happen. It's time for those that have proffited at the expense of us all, to experience some good old-fashioned payback! It's time to be shaken out of those Ivory Towers!

Please respond with your comment as to how an effective plan can be crafted to deal with this situation. I will detail my plan later, but for now, I would like to have input from everyone who is concerned about how far this problem could expand.

We Aren't Doing Enough To Change Things

We haven't been doing enough to make a difference in the way things are going in regards to oil prices. Once again, oil prices have spiked up after a short session of downward trends.

I'm guessing this latest spike will be blamed on anticipated escalation of insurgent activity prior to and following the elections in Iraq. Nothing certain, just my gut feeling.

Another likely reason could be the cold snap that is currently being felt by those in the Midwest and Northeastern regions of the US. Ya know, there may not be adequate reserves of fuel oil and natural gas! Who's fault is that?!

Please, be as vocal as you can to all that can make a difference. We need to let everyone know that we're fed up and aren't going to take it anymore. There are no valid reasons for this rape of the economy, only the greed of the Oil Futures Traders and the Petroleum Companies.

MAKE A STAND NOW, BEFORE IT'S TOO LATE. I'M WARNING YOU.....

The Time Has Come To Take Action

I have taken all I am going to take. It is time to take whatever action is necessary to take back control of our economy from the money hungry Crude Oil Futures Traders.

They have used every little scrap of bad news to create a "fear" that justifies driving up the cost of crude oil on the World Market. I'm sick and tired of listening to their lame ass reasons why this event and that event should have an effect on the price of oil.

The only "fear" they have is that when it comes time to exercise their contracts for the millions of barrels of oil they have, the price may be lower than what they bid 2-3 months prior. By speculating what impact an event will have on supply and demand of oil at the time they exercise their contracts, they appear to be validating the daily increase in bid prices of Oil Futures Contracts. What they are actually doing is guaranteeing themselves a profit, a HUGE PROFIT, at our expense.

What bothers me the most, is that when they "speculate" about the impact of an event, they always allow for the worst possible scenario and how it will effect the supply and demand of oil. However, when the impact of the event turns out to be minimal or even non-existent, do you hear them coming back and adjusting their bids in future days to reflect that? Of course not! They just find the next reason to create an artificial "fear" to speculate about and raise the bid prices higher yet.

They do a terrific job of feeding the media this information, and because the media reports it carte blanche, we accept it as being legitimate and factual.
That is both our mistake, and the media's. The media needs to stop blindly disseminating this information, and we need to start doing some "due diligence" of our own, to sort out fact from fiction.

We can no longer afford to sit idly by and let them keep escalating the cost of oil, and all that is directly and indirectly derived from oil. I am not a fan of Government intervention, but we MUST formulate a plan to put a stop to this, before we are completely incapacitated economically. The net result of an increase in the cost of oil is exponential to the per barrel increases. It literally effects everything we touch.

Starting today, begin being more vocal about your displeasure of the way the Money Hungry Futures Traders are creating real hardships for you. Communicate these concerns to every elected official, to every media outlet, and to every forum in which you have the ability to post. We must get a concerted effort started, NOW.

A good beginning point is your local gas station/convenience store. Although they are not the root cause for the gas price increases, they are directly in the supply chain. If you limit your gas purchases, that will send a signal. If you refuse to buy the products inside the store, you will grab their attention, because that is where their profits are. They will then start sending a message of their own to their suppliers. Their voice has more clout than ours at that point.

Please, do everything you can to make a difference. If not, it will only get worse, in a hurry.
