A Point We've Been Missing

Wow! Just had a realization.
When Congress passed "The District of Columbia Organic Act of 1871" supposedly to organize a government exclusively for Washington D.C., (which they are operating under today, but implying/applying it Nationwide) they were doing so under authority of this mandate of the Declaration of Independence: "That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness". That is their basis for changing from the Constitutional Republic to the Incorporated, Democratic form of government under which they are currently operating. They did so as a result of the government going bankrupt, citing that the Republican form of government was not viable, and their choice of 'laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness"
 It is all very clear now. They acted legally to form the government they thought best would serve them, and they have been absolutely correct in that context. It has served them very well, and for much longer than the Republic existed.
Granted, there has been considerable deceit, secrecy, and more than a few lies told to shield the secret intent, but the fact remains, it was a legal act.
This reveals to us how we must act in our efforts to restore the Republic. This is Huge...!!
